Its "Mezger" flat-six 3.6 L twin-turbo dry sump engine derived from the victorious 911 GT1 at Le Mans, designed without the Carrera's IMS bearing, delivers 420 hp and 560 Nm of torque. Exemplary reliability and power are at the rendezvous.

Our 356 B T6 cabriolet was assembled by Reutter, the historic coachbuilder of Porsche whose workshops, located next to the brand's in Zuffenhausen, produced the majority of 356 coupe and cabriolet bodies between 1950 and 1963.

Its chassis number 155742 indicates it is one of the early 356 B T6 cabriolets. In fact, it falls at the beginning of the production range attributed to Reutter cabriolets, ranging from 155601 to 158700, totaling 3099 units. It was produced in late 1961 and first registered on March 15, 1962 in the United States.
