900 GLi

Front "flat" face, first hand!

The Saab 900 appeared in the late 1970s, our 1984 GLi is a rare 5-door model with a flat front end, recognizable by its horizontal hood and vertical grille, directly inherited from the Saab 99. Replaced in 1985 by the "long nose" version, which was more aerodynamic, giving the "flat nose" version a special appeal today.

The designation GLi corresponds to the 2.0-liter injection engine (B201), which produces about 118 horsepower, being smooth and reliable in true Saab tradition. Paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, it offers both comfortable and dynamic driving experience.

The 900 offered is a genuine first-hand vehicle, preserved to show a certain patina. Its dashboard has no cracks, and the glove box cover has not a single bubble! With 187,632 km on the clock, as of August 2, 2025, it underwent a thorough service, and is now ready to hit the road.

Any inspections are welcome.
