The Tipo anticipated, 15 years in advance, the era of super-habitable mid-size cars that would be the Peugeot 307, Honda Civic, and others.
It embodies the result of research conducted on the Vehicle with very innovative Sub-Systems in terms of manufacturing solutions, and is the first Fiat assembled by robots, with a bodywork entirely made of galvanized steel ... a Tipo does not rust!
